Do not share our materials, you have only purchased the materials to use in your preschool, daycare center, nursery school, home daycare or a stay at home mom (only one household) – no one else is permitted to purchase our files without our written permission. Please be aware that you don't own the lessons or any of the other materials. These are copyright protected by us. Our materials are to be used by one person, one classroom, one preschool teacher, if there are more than one classroom in your building each classroom needs to purchase the materials separately. Each center needs to purchase the materials separately and they need one set per classroom.

If you see any of our materials on any website that is not adaycare.com or apreschool.com please let us know so we can have them taken down and people who place our materials on their website can be prosecuted for copyright infringement.

Do not place any of our materials on your website. adaycare.com is the author of all the lesson plans on adaycare.com.

Your purchase of our lesson plans is the same as if you purchased a book from your local bookstore. Once you purchase the book, say it's a book of preschool lesson plans, you can read the book, you can do the activities in the book, but you have no legal right to copy the pages of this book and put them online.

Once you purchase our lesson plans, they are the same as buying a book, you can read it, you can do the activites, but you have no legal rights to any of our materials, we hold the legal copyright to all of our materials. You are not allowed to post any of our materials online to show others. You are allowed to use them in one classrooms, one daycare homes or one daycare center, if you need another set of lesson plans for another classroom, then you need to purchase another set.

Can I make copies for the children in my daycare?

Yes, you can make copies of the printable pages for the children in your center, daycare, nursery or preschool (up to one classroom) or a stay at home mom can print these out to use in her home with her child. The files are to be used in only one classroom with up to 30 children, if you have than 30 children in your classroom then you need to purchase a 2nd package of materials. These can be printed out and used in your classroom only, you can not make copies to give to others.

You are allowed to make copies of our calendars, lesson plans, posters, etc to use in your own classroom, these are not to be posted online, not to be given to the parents.

Can I put your materials on my website?

No, do not post any of our materials on your website or any website, anyone caught doing this may be prosecuted for copyright infringement, everything you do online is documented by your ISP!

Can I give the password to a friend?

No, passwords may not be shared. (please see below about sharing passwords). Please give them the link to our website to purchase their own materials.

Can I change the lesson plans?

No, you may not. If you purchased a book at the book store, would you go home and call them up and ask them for their word doc file so you can change their book? You can change the calendars but not the lesson plans.

adaycare.com, as the author of our lesson plans, calendars, and all other materials, we hold all of the rights associated with the copyright which includes being able to copy or reproduce the work, to make derivative works, to distribute copies, to perform the work publicly, and to display the work publicly.

What if I have more than one preschool room in my school?

You need to purchase one package of lesson plans for each room.

What if I have more than one daycare center or preschool?

You need to purchase one package of lesson plans for each center.

Can I share my password with a co-worker or a friend?

No, Don't share your password, anyone caught sharing their password will loose their password, and another will not be given, no exceptions and no refunds! If your co-worker needs a password, then she needs to purchase another set of the materials, each classroom needs to purchase their own materials and have their own passwords.
