So make sure when you go to print out the calendar, if you only want one month at a time printed out, when you have the file open, go to

Under Print Range – Click into the circle to put a dot there – In front of Pages From ___ to ___ If you want to print out only one month such as January you would put in – Page From 1 to 1 , If you wanted to print out April you would put in Page from 4 to 4. If you want to print out several of the April calendars look to the right hand side of this print box and look for copies. Just put in the number of copies you want in this box. I always print out one first to make sure it is printing out correctly and dont forget to look at my ( Please Note ) area above to change the settings to make sure it prints out almost paper size or else it will print out much smaller.

I print them out on card stock paper. I write the number of the day, such as 2, 5, 30 etc. onto a circle sticker for each child. I use a marker to write the numbers. Then I have them place the circle sticker onto their calendar. On Monday we put on Saturday, Sunday and Mondays stickers with the correct numbers written on them. We do the calendar every morning at circle time. After we put on the sticker I will point to the numbers starting with number one and continute counting until we get to the sticker we just put on.
