To order by Fax: Please, use our fax order form , download our fax order form here. Print it out and then fax it back to us. After we receive your fax and credit card information we will email you out the link and password for your order. If you are purchasing a CD also, it will be mailed out within 48 hours. Please Note: We can accept credit cards, money orders, or business checks. There is a 14 day hold on business checks while we wait for the check to clear the bank. There is a 30 day hold on checks from outside the USA.
